Each piece of terracotta panel experiences “fine turning of 9 days each side “, “Mineral color mixing,” “digital control”, “big loop operation”, “wave, air, fire three paragraphs dry” and so 10 processes before the key firing process in the kiln. The klin which fire out the “Asian terracotta panel” is the world´s longest kiln of 230-meter-long, subdivided into 12 temperature zones to achieve uniform heating.
The kilns length is 238 meters, and will be the world´s longest fully automated temperature-controlled roller kiln clay board production line; The annual production capacity can reach more than 3 million square meters, is China and the world´s largest production base for terracotta panel .
